Return & Exchange Policy
We take extreme pride in our craftsmanship. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or require a different size, we offer an extremely simple 7-Day Easy Return & Exchange policy.

Conditions for Returns/Exchange
- The return request must be raised within 7 calendar days from the date of physical delivery.
- The product must be absolutely unused, unwashed, and in its original retail packing box.
- Price tags, security labels, and protective bottom stickers must be intact.
- You must provide the original order invoice or screenshot proof.

Exchanges (Color/Design)
If you want to exchange for another color or design, contact our WhatsApp Support Helpline (+92 371 4980179). We will verify the availability and guide you on dispatching it back to our Lahore fulfillment address. A replacement bag will be dispatched immediately.

Non-Refundable Costs
Please note that original shipping charges (PKR 150) are non-refundable unless the client received an incorrect or physically damaged product from our side.
